By accessing or using PolyHuntr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those with or without accounts.
PolyHuntr provides tools for analyzing prediction markets, including AI-generated trading signals, whale wallet tracking, and automated strategy execution. The Service is informational and analytical in nature. All trading decisions are made by you.
Prediction market trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance shown on this platform does not guarantee future results. AI signals are probabilistic estimates, not financial advice. You may lose all capital you deploy through automated strategies. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
PolyHuntr does not hold, custody, or control your funds. All trades execute directly on Polymarket or Kalshi using your own wallet or exchange credentials. We never have access to your private keys or funds.
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) attempt to manipulate prediction markets; (c) reverse-engineer our AI systems; (d) resell or sublicense access without written consent; (e) access the Service via automated means beyond our documented API.
Access to automated trading features requires admin approval after registration. We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyHuntr shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
