We collect information you provide when registering (email address, name), usage data (pages visited, features used, trading signals viewed), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers). We do not collect or store private keys, wallet seeds, or exchange API secrets.
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; personalize AI signals and analytics; send transactional emails (approval status, trade notifications); detect abuse and ensure platform security; comply with legal obligations.
PolyHuntr never collects: private keys or wallet seeds; exchange API secrets (these stay in your browser session only); financial account credentials; payment card numbers (billing handled by Stripe).
We use Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing, and Polymarket/Kalshi APIs for market data. Each has their own privacy policies governing their data practices. We share only the minimum necessary data with each provider.
Account data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion. Trading signals and analytics are retained for 12 months for service improvement. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; export your data in machine-readable format; opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@polyhuntr.com .
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for data in transit and AES-256 for sensitive data at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to essential personnel only. We conduct regular security reviews.
